Refund & Cancellation Policy

HireViam is a subscription: 29 SAR a month, renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like — from Manage subscription inside your account. It takes one click and needs no explanation.

When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We don't cut you off the moment you cancel; you paid for that month.

You get a full refund

Within 7 days, if you haven't used it. No questions asked, no reason needed.

"Haven't used it" means your account has never returned a set of matched jobs — you never uploaded a CV, or you uploaded one but never ran the matching.

We check this against your account record, not against your explanation, so a qualifying request never has to be argued for. This is your right under Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Any time, if we got it wrong — used or not:

• You were charged twice for the same month
• You were charged after you cancelled
• You were charged by mistake
• A fault on our side stopped you using what you paid for

You don't get a refund

Once you've uploaded a CV and seen your matches, you've received what you paid for, and that month is not refundable.

We don't refund part-months. If you cancel mid-month you keep access to the end of it rather than getting money back — which is worth more to you than a few riyals.

Forgetting to cancel is not by itself grounds for a refund. But if you cancel early in a renewed month and genuinely haven't used it since it renewed, email us — we'd rather sort it out than have you feel cheated over 29 SAR.

How to ask

Email support@hireviam.com from the address on your account and say you'd like a refund. No form, no phone call, no reason we have to approve. We reply within 2 business days.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We issue them within 2 business days of approving; your bank then usually takes 5–10 business days to show it. By law, refunds must be completed within 15 days.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stream retries it automatically. We don't cut off your access while that's happening — you'll see a notice in your account asking you to update your card. If it keeps failing, access simply ends when your paid period runs out.

Payments and complaints

Payments are processed by Stream, using Moyasar — licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). HireViam never sees your full card details and does not store them.

If we can't resolve a complaint between us, you may raise it with the Ministry of Commerce or through Maroof.

This policy follows the laws of Saudi Arabia. Where it is more generous than the law, the more generous term applies.
